I started reading it and as soon as I got to something I wasn’t doing…i.e. procrastinating about returning calls, I stopped reading and made all my calls.
I do the same each time I find something else. So far, It has been used more of a reminder of what I should be doing!

We’ve heard that some offices have been interested in printing sections of the book for distribution at meetings– by all means, do so!
I simply have not had the time since downloading it to read it in depth. I did look through and saw as
many non-familiar as familiar parts.
Will slow down here soon and take a couple days off and get back to you with some observations. I am sure it will be positive as I always look forward to Tuesday’s.

I’m very much enjoying the “Tactics.” It is a great reference book that can be digested all at once or picked up to read at random. It’s a good reminder of why I became a Realtor! Thanks much for the resource!

The biggest lesso I got out of the book is: “A good way to stay in touch is by giving clients and possible clients something of value that cost very little” You do that very well.
Another thing you could do is to offer a forum where Real estate agent (and others) post commennts and questions or go to search for solutions and recommnendations. It could be set up like a bulletin board with a variety of topics such as Short Sales, Cameras, etc You could offer sub categories such as Best or Worst.
An example is Crackberry.com, the web site devoted to the Blackberry phone. I think it is for profit but add a forum for users and potential users.

I can’t wait for my business to grow I will be using your company for as much of my marketing as I can in the future. I found this guide to have excellent tips for both a novice or a veteran in the real estate business. What an innovative approach to growing your (sign & graphics) business. I am always impressed when a vendor goes the extra mile to assist me so that I can be your “customer for life”. I commit to placing my next sign order through you. Your personable approach at trade shows is without equal and appreciated by this “one of thousands of customers” at my existing vendor. Ouch! Did I write that?
