Writing that Gets Results eBook cover

Dear Real Estate Professional,

Did you know you can spend less time writing and get more productive responses from clients, friends, and family?

Like it or not, the written word is the most-used form of communication online.  In a business which used to be almost entirely “belly-to-belly” and “phone-to-phone,” more often than not conversations are happening via email, Facebook, text message, and live chat.  Though video email, video chat, and other multimedia channels exist, the king is still the written word.

This free guide will teach you:

  • How to ensure timely responses to your email
  • The keys to writing respectful messages that get you what you want
  • The deadliest sins of writing online that can sink you
  • Keys to productive Facebook updates and comments
  • How to cut your writing time in half

Tune up your communication skills and write more effective, efficient messages today!

An excerpt from the guide:

“How you “sound” to others depends on how well you write.  This guide was written to help you become a more efficient, effective communicator.  It will attempt to cure you of bad habits, help bring your writing focus, and cut down on the amount of time you spend writing each day by advising you on concepts of brevity, clarity, and tone.

In addition to email “dos and don’ts,” you’ll find a specific section on writing for Facebook, as well as a handy tech tip which will save you literally thousands of typed words in the future.”

I think the best section of the book is the advice on writing Facebook status updates and comments. I see a lot of new agents struggling with how to handle their business on Facebook, and this section is very handy for that.

A lot of the information is common sense; unfortunately we don’t always use common sense in today’s fast-paced environment. ‘Effective Communication’ is a gentle reminder of just that – be respectful and mindful of how you interact with people. Thanks for the prompt!

  5. Great information once again! Your advice is excellent and I always take something positive away from the Tuesday Tactics and your ebooks. I now realize there were two mistakes in my writing that I was making on a regular basis. Thank you for helping me correct these and become a more effective writer.

  6. Very helpful site.I enjoyed reading the useful information. Thank God for spellcheck.
E-mail is a very necesary tool especially when we are trying to get so much done in a limited time frame.I will be more careful typing to make sure it is correct.

    Useful and succinct. Thank you.

In the spirit of constructive feedback, spelling error on page 8 (“pints” instead of “points”).

    Thanks,
    David

  8. Eric says:

David, thanks for catching our error! It brings up a good point: Not all typos will get caught with a spell check. Since “pints” is a legitimate word, it obviously slipped right past.

    We’ll make the correction shortly.

  9. Byron Jones says:
